Christa Sweeney moved from Southern Wisconsin, where she was born and raised to SW Florida in September of 2013.   She left the white snow for white beaches!

Christa started her professional career in the title insurance industry and transitioned to mortgage lending in 2007.  Her extensive experience has equipped her with deep insights into the complexities of real estate financing, and she provides her clients with the best possible service.

Throughout her career, Christa has been actively involved in various community and industry organizations.  She currently serves as Vice President of her Church and on the board of Sertoma Kid’s Inc, a nonprofit Speech Clinic.  Christa is also a member and past president of the Sertoma Club of Greater Sarasota. She has served on the Women’s Council of Realtors, Realtors Association board, and mortgage bankers association. 

Family is central to Christa’s life. She shares her home with her husband and 2 Goldendoodles, who bring her so much joy.  Her son and soon to be daughter-in-law, live in Seattle. When she is not working, she enjoys walks with the pups, golf, boating and spending time with family & friends.
